St Mary Magdalene runs the RSCM Voice for Life scheme for its choir, with rehearsals for junior members on Sunday evenings 5.00 - 6.00 pm. The junior members sing a variety of choral music, assisting with worship once a month on the second Sunday and for additional special services including the occasional choral evensong.

Junior Choir members progress through the medal and ribbon scheme working they way up from light blue, through dark blue, red and gold learning music theory together with choral tradition and its music.
